FAQs
Choosing the right equipment can feel overwhelming, so we’ve organised our FAQs into two clear sections.
Section 1 covers everything about ordering, delivery, payments, VAT, and rental terms.
Section 2 covers equipment.

What happens if there is a problem with the equipment?
Problems are rare because we only supply high‑quality, reliable equipment. Most issues can be fixed quickly over the phone, as they are usually related to settings or setup. If there is still a fault, we will send an engineer to your property — normally within 24 hours — and all support is included in your rental.
How do you handle faults or breakdowns?
We can usually resolve issues remotely in a few minutes. If the equipment does need attention, we will arrange an engineer visit as soon as possible, typically within 24 hours. Repairs and support are fully included in your rental.
How reliable is the equipment you provide?
We carefully select equipment from trusted medical manufacturers, and our engineers maintain everything to a high standard. Faults are very rare, but if anything does go wrong, we will troubleshoot with you straight away and arrange an engineer visit if needed.
How can I book?
You can book online using our secure link or by phone. We can also take payment over the phone.
The payment link isn’t working — what should I do?
