The Process of Renting a Hospital Bed

If you would like to proceed with ordering a bed, we arrange a time and date for delivery and assembly. This is usually done over the phone or via email but we also offer the option to book via our website.

We will do everything we can to facilitate the date and time you would like the bed. We may be able to offer weekend or next-day delivery.

One of our engineers will arrive at your property at an agreed time.

We will inspect the space you would like your electric hospital bed installed. Assembly takes about 30 minutes, and we perform a rigorous set of safety checks after installation.

We will then show you how the equipment works. This is straightforward as the bed’s movements are controlled through a simple handset.

When you no longer require your hospital bed, simply get in touch via email and we arrange to collection collect the bed. It takes about 20 minutes to disassemble and remove the bed.
